Fringe Free-For-All

The Denver Fringe Festival is launching a dynamic new initiative aimed at bringing free performances to streets and spaces throughout RiNo and Five Points – the Fringe Free-For-All! This locally-driven and FREE program is part of our commitment to making the arts accessible to all.

We are on the lookout for talented local creatives with performance-based projects (circus, dance, clowning, storytelling, immersive experiences and more) that will captivate and engage audiences. Fringe Free-For-All will unfold from June 5-9 in unique locations throughout RiNo as part of the 2024 Denver Fringe Festival. We're especially interested in projects and artists who represent the rich tapestry of Denver's diverse communities.

With the generous support of the RiNo Art District, Fringe Free-For-All offers compensation, exposure, and professional growth opportunities for local artists. Selected participants will receive a stipend determined by the proposal's scope, number of performers, performances, etc.

Proposals should activate a space within the RiNo Art District. Potential venues include the pedestrian-only block at 2900 Larimer, the courtyard at Backyard on Blake, Improper City, 14ers Brewing, or another public/private space proposed by you! Proposed performances should be between 20-30 minutes in length with minimal tech requirements.

The call for proposals will be open from March 15-April 15, 2024.
