If you ever wanted to see a show that makes you ponder your past, present and future, yet at the same time makes you laugh hysterically at unthinkable subject matter. Catch Helene Rose and her Enlightened Hot Mess. It will be one of the most enjoyable 60 minutes you'll spend. Her comedic insight on womens' feelings and actions, while keeping a tight reign on the male perspective, is absolutely hilarious. I recently attend a performance of Helene Rose’s show “The Enlightened Hot Mess.”

This show has everything: self-empowerment; mediation; reclamation and stories about oral sex. It makes for a very interesting and entertaining evening.

Helene is god sent! Pun intended. Despite being shamefully tardy to her show, I was immediately strapped in and along for the ride! Her enlightened aura captivated me and then flooded me with all the NSFW comedy my spirit didn’t know it needed. Sprint don’t run to all things Helene!
